Celta Vigo midfielder Okay Yokuslu is moving to West Brom.
The Turkey international midfielder was left out of Vigo's squad to face Granada and headed to the UK to finalise details on a season loan, says the Daily Mail.
Yokuslu has made 14 appearances this season but Celta are open to offers for the 26-year-old who can also play at centre-back.
Speaking ahead of the Baggies' 2-2 draw against Fulham, boss Sam Allardyce said: "We have one more loan available from abroad and this country. That will be our objective, to bring in two more players in this window."
West Brom have already brought in two new faces this month, with Robert Snodgrass joining permanently from West Ham and Mbaye Diagne - who made his debut against Scott Parker's men - on loan from Galatasaray.
