Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta says George Lewis's emergence is a sign of the improving talent coming through Norwegian football.
Arteta spoke to VG about the former Tromso prospect, who signed terms with Arsenal earlier this year.
"He is a player with enormous potential," he said.
"Norway has developed many talents in recent years. You are doing a lot right. You can see the results of the measures that have been taken in recent years. I am happy to see it, because it means that the level is getting better and better in the Norwegian league and in Europe."
Arsenal fullback Cedric Soares also said: "The winger, yes. I think he has trained with us a couple of times. He is a good player. Everyone who is in the Arsenal academy, and who gets the opportunity to train with the A-team, has qualities. Then it's about maturing and continuing to grow. We expect a lot from all the boys."
