Cech: Chelsea no longer rely on Drogba goals

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech says they no longer rely so heavily on Didier Drogba for goals.

Chelsea have hit the net 17 times in four games so far and although Drogba has hit four of them there have been plenty of others on the scoresheet and the striker has also turned provider.

Cech said: "It is always great when you have people scoring a lot of goals. But you can see our goals are coming from all over the pitch. Everybody's scoring goals. Michael Essien scored two brilliant headers at West Ham, so we don't rely only on two people.

"We know we have six others who can score. This is the biggest help. You can see that. Everybody knows that we have six players who are capable of scoring goals.

"We don't rely only on Didier. That's why he gets involved, he passes the ball, he create the chances, and not just for the other strikers, for everybody."
