Fit-again Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla is ready to resume his career at former club Villarreal.

Cazorla has no interest in taking a coaching role at Arsenal.

The Daily Star says that's because the midfielder is not yet ready to hang up his boots, despite being out injured for 18 months.

Cazorla's Gunners contract is about to expire and he has been hotly tipped to become Mikel Arteta's assistant coach at the Emirates.

But it seems he could now leave England altogether after being handed a chance to continue his playing career at former club Villarreal.
