Edinson Cavani is set to sign a new deal with Manchester United - which will run beyond the end of next season.
TNT Sports Argentina reports the 34-year-old is set to sign a two-year contract extension with the Red Devils.
United, upon signing Cavani last year, gave him a one-year deal with an option of a second season.
But Cavani, it seems, is intending to stay at Old Trafford for two more years - instead of just the one.
That will be a major boost to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who is determined to keep his No 7 at the Theatre of Dreams as he hunts down winning the Premier League title.
