Juventus hero Fabrizio Ravanelli has walked out of Arsenal Kiev.
The 49-year-old former Juventus, Middlesbrough and Italy striker had been in Ukraine since July and was under contract until June 2020.
“I came here with great enthusiasm, but unfortunately I had to deal with a reality that was becoming far more complex and has now reached a critical level," said Ravanelli.
“I always found difficulties to be motivating in my life, but the results have not come despite the efforts of the staff and players.
“I met President Piric only once since I've been working here. He never visited the training ground and evidently that's why he didn't realise the difficult conditions we are working in every day.
“This club is not even remotely organised or professional. Every day the players come to me complaining they haven't received their wages."
Arsenal had lost seven of their past nine games. Ravanelli's decision could have consequences for former Liverpool and Tottenham defender Steven Caulker who had been in talks about a move to Ukraine.
