Former Roma striker Antonio Cassano has hit out at the management of his old club.
Roma are now rebuilding with new coach Paulo Fonseca.
Cassano stated: “I am fond of Roma, but the biggest problem is (President James) Pallotta, along with (director Guido) Fienga and (consultant Franco) Baldini, because they stay abroad and never step forward.
“Baldini isn't officially a Roma director, yet he makes the decisions without taking responsibility. He already had the idea in mind to send Francesco Totti away.
“With these people in charge, Roma will struggle. They must understand that Roma is represented by the fans."
