Carpi have signed Udinese goalkeeper Zeljko Brkic on a season-long loan.

Carpi have turned to Brkic after AC Milan sent Gabriel, who spent last season with the minnows, to Napoli.

“Carpi FC announces the temporary acquisition of Zeljko Brkic from Udinese until 30 June 2016," a statement on the club's website read.

“The Serbian goalkeeper has four seasons of Serie A experience, and 10 appearances for his national team."
