Carlisle United boss Stephen Pressley has defended holding back on-loan Newcastle United striker Elias Sorensen.
The Evening Chronicle says United are monitoring the situation at Brunton Park, and Pressley has revealed Sorensen is undergoing extra drills to improve his game.
“We continue to work with Elias," he said.
“We're working several afternoons a week with him and a number of our players who we're trying to improve all the time.
“That's my job. I've spoken to Elias and said to him exactly how I feel at this moment in time.
“My job, now I've spoken to him, is to help him become better and that's what I'm doing."
