Cardiff City winger Don Cowie admits he's still getting used to the glamour of the Premier League.
Cowie has proved himself a regular for Cardiff this season.
He told Cardiff City Player: "We are in the Premier League and we have to make the most of it. We want to be here for many years to come.
"When we go out for a pre-match warm-up you have a wee glance over and see who is in the opposition team and it can be quite daunting.
"That's the challenge and as the season goes on we are getting more and more used to stepping up to those tests.
"We showed against Manchester City and Manchester United that on our day we can be a match for anybody and we'll have confidence going into Saturday's home game with Arsenal."
