Sky Sports is reporting that Queens Park Rangers forward Tommy Smith is undergoing a medical at ChampionshipCardiff City. The striker moved to Loftus Road on a permanent three-year contract in 2011 having earlier joined on loan.
The 32-year-old has made 27 Premier League starts for QPR and has also played for Portsmouth, Derby County and Sunderland during his career.
