Cardiff City have made an offer for Club Brugge striker Wesley Soares.

HLN says Cardiff have tabled a 'respectable' bid for the Brazilian, though it falls short of Club Brugge's €25m valuation.

Newcastle and West Ham are also keen, though are yet to make a firm proposal.

Wesley is fielding interest from China, but would prefer to remain in Europe and favours a Premier League move.

Club Brugge are prepared to listen to offers, though Cardiff will have go higher to bring them to the table.
