Cardiff City are inching closer to completing the loan signing of Oumar Niasse.
The Everton man has not been a regular starter under Marco Silva at Goodison Park.
According to Sky Sports, a deal to take the 28-year-old to Cardiff until the end of the season is almost done.
The club's chief executive Ken Choo confirmed the news to Sky, saying the player would be down for a medical to finalize the transfer.
Niasse has 8 goals in 31 games for Everton since arriving in 2016 from Lokomotiv Moscow.
