Cardiff City are hopeful of signing Adam Le Fondre from Reading according to Sky Sports.
The Bluebirds are determined to avoid relegation this season and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to bring in an out-and-out goalscorer to assist in that bid.
Le Fondre has scored 13 Championship goals in 22 appearances this season for the Royals.
