Capello unimpressed by Ronaldo after Juventus hook: You must respect your teammates

Former Juventus coach Fabio Capello was unimpressed by Cristiano Ronaldo's antics during victory over AC Milan.

Ronaldo was visibly upset when hooked by Juve coach Maurizio Sarri on 55 minutes for Paulo Dybala, who ultimately proved the matchwinner on Sunday. The Portuguese stormed down the race and reportedly left the stadium before the final whistle.

Capello fumed, "Cristiano is not well and removing him from the field was fair. It took personality to make that change, but he won the game.

"That he has not sat on the bench and that he has said bad words to Sarri does not leave a good image of Cristiano.

"We must also be a champion in down moments. The truth is that Ronaldo has been without three years haggling anyone."

Finally, the coach explained how he would have acted in Sarri's place: "I would have scolded him, saying that we have to respect our teammates."
