Sky Sports sources understand that England head coach Fabio Capello has agreed to name his starting XI against Slovenia more than two hours in advance. The Italian tactician has always left his team selection until the last possible moment by confirming his players two hours before the start of any match.
However, following England's disappointment tournament in South Africa thus far, Capello's methods have been questioned with some calling for more time between his team sheet being handed in and the big kick-off.
Following clear-the-air talks on Sunday evening in the wake of Friday's horror show against Algeria, Capello, who has the FA's backing, has agreed to change his style by naming his team earlier.
