Fabio Capello is delighted seeing Italian clubs succeed in Europe.

AC Milan will met Inter in the Champions League semifinal, while Roma and Juventus are alive in the Europa League and Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League.

Capello said: "Our coaches have managed to create a European mentality for our teams, beating Barcelona, Tottenham, Benfica.

"Mediterranean football is emerging."

Capello was happy seeing Joaquin Correa to score in Inter Milan's draw with Benfica last night.

"Correa and the goal? It will be important to recover him, given that at the end of the championship the pace will also drop, and it is something that can favour him."
