England boss Fabio Capello is delighted that Luiz Felipe Scolari has taken the Chelsea job.

Capello is old friends with Scolari and rates him as one of the world's best coaches.

The Italian said: "I like Scolari. I know him very well because I met him a lot in Italy when I was Roma manager as we had a lot of Brazilian players in the team.

"He is a good manager."'
