Campbell: Batshuayi happy to be away from Chelsea boss Conte

Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell is happy for Michy Batshuayi over his success at Borussia Dortmund.

Since he touched down in Germany, Chelsea striker Batshuayi has scored four goals in his first three matches.

Campbell is convinced that the striker is reaping the rewards as he's been given a “bit of love".

When asked why the Chelsea loanee is now firing on all cylinders, Campbell told ITV Sport: “It's called a bit of love.

“He's getting a bit of love at Dortmund.

“I don't know, maybe Conte didn't really fancy him at Chelsea.

“There were times when Alvaro [Morata] wasn't fit, he wasn't getting on the pitch.

“He now looks sharp and strong."
