Brighton & Hove Albion are said to want significantly more than £70 million for Moises Caicedo.
The defensive midfielder is the second superstar the Albion will lose this summer after Alexis Mac Allister.
While the latter is all but certain to join Liverpool, Caicedo's future is less clear.
Per The Telegraph, the Reds, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Arsenal are all chasing his signature.
However, Brighton will want to get a very high fee, as there is no release clause in Caicedo's contract.
Such a clause let Mac Allister leave for a relatively lower fee, but that does not apply in this instance.
