Cahill insists Crystal Palace ready for Chelsea, Liverpool & Arsenal

Gary Cahill says Crystal Palace are more than ready for a tough run of games.

The Eagles take on Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool in three of their next four Premier League matches.

"In terms of going away from home, people expect it to be a difficult day for us," the former Chelsea defender said. "But you go there and we played well against Manchester United and got a good result there. In the past Crystal Palace have upset quite a few big teams along the way, they have a reputation of doing that.

"There is certainly nothing to be fearful of, but at the same time we have to be respectful of the quality they have. We have seen it with City, more so the concentration aspect of the game. You have to be switched on against the bigger teams because they can hurt you at any moment.

"To have all the games together, we know it will be a difficult time, but I'm sure we have the ability to upset a few of them along the way.

"It will be a big few weeks. The performance in the second half, if we go about our business like that we feel we will be OK, but we realise it will be a tough spell."
