AC Milan hero Marcos Cafu says Lucas Paqueta went to the Rossonero too young.

The Brazil midfielder is now with West Ham United and part of the Selecao's World Cup squad.

Cafu told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "He was too young and Milan gave him too many responsibilities.

"It would take time. Now he has more personality and knows how to be on the pitch."

Paqueta joined the Hammers over the summer from Olympique Lyon.
