Bury are taking over Manchester City's old Carrington training ground.
The 22-acre facility in Trafford will become the base for all of the League 2 club's teams.
Bury have agreed a five-year deal with City, says the Manchester Evening News.
The Shakers will now leave their current Lower Gigg facility and move into the plush surroundings which until recently were home to the likes of Sergio Aguero and Yaya Toure.
