Burnley youngster Will Harris has signed for Sunderland in League One, per LancsLive.

The striker has been a Clarets player since 2017, but he spent significant parts of that time on loan.

He was at Warrington Town earlier this year.

His contract is up at Turf Moor, and he is now trialling at Sunderland in the hopes of earning a deal.

The 19-year-old was also at Colne earlier this season, where he managed nine goals in 12 games.

The forward was a centre-back as a youth player, but was converted to an attacker at Burnley.
