Burnley have rejected Stoke City's approach for defender Michael Keane, according to reports from the Metro.
Keane has managed to impress at Burnley since joining from Manchester United last season and the defender has been key to the Clarets' brilliant first half of the campaign which sees them sitting fourth in the Championship.
As a result, Keane has been attracting the interest of the Premier League with Stoke placing a bid of around £7million in an attempt to sign the defender.
According to the report, Burnley are not keen on allowing Keane to leave and have rebuffed the offer from the Potters as Sean Dyche's chase an immediate return to England's top flight.
