Burnley have jumped into the battle for Angers wing-back Angelo Fulgini.

Fulgini is a top target for Fulham ahead of the January market, with the Championship promotion hopefuls preparing a cash bid for the midfielder.

However, Foot Mercato says Burnley are also keen and plan to make an opening offer of €15m.

The Clarets have had success with Maxwel Cornet, after his arrival from Lyon last summer, and is counting on the same from Fulgini.

For their part Angers want at least €25m to part with the player.
