Marvin Sordell is determined to prove himself Premier League class with Burnley.
The former Bolton Wanderers striker moved to Turf Moor yesterday.
"I'd say at the time of the move to Bolton the fee did weigh a little heavily on my shoulders," said the 23-year-old, who has signed a three-year deal at Turf Moor after spending last season on loan at Charlton.
"I was only 20 years of age and it felt like there was a bit of pressure on me.
"I've had a difficult couple of years where I haven't really been settled.
"But I'm glad this move has come about because I can work hard, get my head down and show people what I'm about again."
