Burnley goalkeeper Joe Hart has revealed the best advice Vincent Kompany gave him while they were together at Manchester City.

Hart and Kompany were crucial players during City's first Premier League title triump.

And he revealed Kompany's best words of advice on the Gloved podcast: “Creating a good relationship with your back four.

“Not only personally, on the pitch, get to know people.

“You need to know who's going into battle with you, you need to know how you can influence these guys and help them.

“Ultimately, you're a team within a team."
