Burnley fullback Bardsley: Man Utd have players who should NOT be there

Burnley fullback Phil Bardsley is happy seeing former Manchester United teammate Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in charge at Old Trafford.

Bardsley hopes the club stick with the Norwegian for the long haul.

"I like Ole. He was brilliant for me as a young player when Roy Keane used give me a tough time, every other day!" he told the Daily Mail.

"Ole told me 'The day he stops doing that is the day to worry' . It meant Roy must have liked me.

"I love United and always will. I believe Ole is doing the right things. We have bundles of talent there, on the other hand we have got players who probably shouldn't be there.

"The club needs to run a little bit better but the right manager is in charge. He is a nice man but you don't achieve what he has in the game without a little nasty streak as well."
