Burnley boss Mike Jackson admits there's disappointment after their 3-1 defeat at home to Aston Villa.
The Clarets lost at home to Steven Gerrard's side which ended a run of three straight wins.
Jackson said, “We're disappointed with the result, I thought in the first-half the teams were quite even and we've made errors for the goals but I think we had good moments with our attacking play but we've come on the wrong side of that.
“We've taken ten points from five games and we would have taken that, so we'll take a look at where we can improve, get the group back ready for a big two weeks coming up.
“If you make those errors at this level you can be punished, it's a tough league but the points we have taken, it's given us a chance to still be in it where we are now, there's a lot of football to be played."
He continued: “The group have responded and reacted before, we can't go too up or too down so credit to the group, they have done that and it is about us now helping the group and the big thing in football is you've got the next game.
“I know what this group is like, and I have 100% faith in this group to show a willingness to fight, and this is what we've always done and will continue to do, we get these setbacks but we are resilient and it's how we get over it and we can influence our next game."
