Burnley boss Sean Dyche is excited about the potential of Dwight McNeil.

Dyche admits he is delighted with how well he has progressed.

He said, "Very impressed, he has handled it very well. He continues to do so.

“Very level-headed – he has a lot of good words from a lot of people. Including myself, and I don't single players out very often, but I think he is deserving of it.

“I think he has been excellent since coming into the side and I think he is learning all the time. He is a very good player and he is continuing to learn about the Premier League.

“He is doing well amongst a team who have 27 points from 15 games and he has definitely played a part."
