Burnley boss Dyche insists future speculation no distraction

Burnley boss Sean Dyche insists talk about his future won't prove a distraction for the remainder of the season.

Dyche's side picked up their first points of the restart with a 1-0 win over Watford last night, but their has been speculation he could quit the club this summer having grown frustrated with the board.

"It's not a distraction to me," Dyche said. "I don't know if you noticed, but I was at it last night, I had to apologise last night for some of the loose language because the microphones picked it up.

"I was in the moment, it was emotional.

"It meant a lot. The game meant a lot and the win meant a lot. I'm still active and I'm still involved, that's for sure."
