Burnley boss Sean Dyche has confirmed successful surgery for Aaron Lennon.
Dyche revealed that Lennon has undergone knee surgery that will keep him out for an unspecified amount of time.
Lennon sustained cartilage damage in last Saturday's 1-0 defeat against former club Tottenham at Wembley.
“It's a tidying up situation. He's happy with it and the surgeon is happy with it.
"Hopefully it will be a straight-forward recovery, albeit some time."
