Burnley boss Sean Dyche says they have big plans for the summer market.

Burnley are interested in signing defender Gary Cahill, who is set to leave Chelsea in the summer with his contract coming to an end.

When asked about that, Dyche said: "It's already started again. It always does.

"It's ongoing for us - we look at quality players, we try to keep an eye on the market, we try to find the right ones who fit us as a team and the business model of course, and the right age, the right pay scales.

"It's not easy and it narrows down your market quite significantly when you try to tick every box and that is what we attempt to do here."
