Burnley boss Sean Dyche says they must be careful not being sucked into the relegation battle ahead of today's clash with Wolves.
Back-to-back wins over Fulham and Sheffield United have eased Wolves into mid-table security ahead of the Clarets' visit.
And with Fulham sitting out this weekend with no game, Dyche knows a positive performance at Molineux could see his side open the gap to nine points and go a long way towards securing safety.
“A lot of good work has been done since game seven and a lot of points put on the board," he said.
“The recent performances have been decent, and we've dominated a couple of games, which we don't always do.
“We've never really lacked positivity, but we have to make it happen rather than wait for it to happen.
“I've been confident every season, but confidence doesn't win you games. You need a team that performs to win you games, and we'll hopefully turn any confidences we have, individually and collectively, into winning football matches."
