PSG goalkeeper Gigi Buffon is happy for Pippo Inzaghi being in charge of Bologna.

The pair played together with Italy.

“Pippo has always been a great friend of mine," Buffon told Corriere dello Sport.

“He's a man who won 1000 battles as a player and I'm sure he'll be the same as a Coach. I'm happy he won [against Roma] and that he's Bologna Coach.

“I could have gone to play there as a child, they wanted me when I was only 12-years-old, before Parma signed me."
