Bruce Buck is set to remain as Chelsea chairman, according to reports.
A consortium led by LA Dodgers co-owner Todd Boehly has agreed a £4.25bn deal to buy the west London club from Roman Abramovich.
BBC reports that Buck will stay on in his role as chairman and will be joined by Boehly, journalist Daniel Finkelstein and public relations executive Barbara Charone on the board.
The future of Marina Granovskaia is more uncertain, but she has played a key role in transfer and contract negotiations for Chelsea in recent years.
Chelsea are currently unable to buy players due to sanctions placed on current owner Roman Abramovich.
