Bruno Fernandes lost for words after two straight Man Utd defeats

Manchester United playmaker Bruno Fernandes admits the team must do some soul searching after losing two straight games.

The Red Devils lost to Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday and in the Champions League against Istanbul Basaksehir on Wednesday.

Now they play Everton in the early kick off on Saturday, in what is now a must win game for manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

"After two defeats it's hard to think or say something about this," Fernandes told MUTV when asked if United were struggling for confidence.

"But we need to look one week ago everyone said we're going well and doing amazing games, we won against Newcastle, PSG, we beat Leipzig and we drew against Chelsea, but the points we have in the league is not the points we want.

"Today was important to win to be comfortable in the table. But now it's the same, we need to go for every game to try and win and it will not be different now in the Champions League, we're in a good position.

"In the league we're not in a good position, we need to do much better and we need to do something in the next game."
