Jeffrey Bruma is set to depart Chelsea this summer with a shift to Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven a distinct possibility.
The 21-year old Dutch defender spent last season on loan with German side Hamburg but is seeking a permanent move away from Stamford Bridge and has the Philips Stadion in mind as a possible landing pad.
"Yes I want to join PSV," he told Voetbal International.
"This week we will open the negotiations. First PSV had to talk with Chelsea, after that it's my turn."
