Portsmouth midfielder Michael Brown remains confident they will soon climb up the table.

Brown, who is no stranger to relegation dust-ups throughout his career, said: "There is a long way to go. We are far from being cut adrift.

"At various points in the season, some teams will drop down into trouble and then come back up again.

"But I think there are teams to be had for us this season and I think we can get out of it."
