Liverpool have failed to convince the kid brother of Sepp van den Berg to join him in England.
Rav van den Berg has signed a first pro deal with PEC Zwolle, despite the interest of the Reds.
De Stentor says Rav resisted offers from Liverpool, AC Milan, PSV Eindhoven and Ajax to sign a two-year deal with PEC with the option of another 12 months.
Sepp van den Berg left PEC last summer for Liverpool and has already tasted first team football with the European champions.
Inside PEC, they rate Rav a bigger prospect than Sepp at the same age.
