The older brother of Lorenzo Insigne has hit out at Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti.

The midfielder was left out for yesterday's 0-0 draw at Genk.

This morning, before deleting the post, Antonio Insigne took aim at Ancelotti for his decision.

"Not even the b***s to tell the truth ... a goal or an assist every 63 minutes ... right is not very bright," read the message.

Meanwhile, Napoli insiders insist there is no tension between Ancelotti and Insigne with the pair seen sharing a joke on the way back to Naples.
