Bristol City defender Joe Bryan is a target for Burnley.

The Mirror says Burnley have gazumped a number of their Premier League rivals to sign the highly-rated left-back for £6m.

Bryan came through the youth ranks at Ashton Gate and was part of Lee Johnson's side that reached the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup last season before being narrowly defeated by eventual winners Manchester City.

Burnley are now finalising a deal for Bryan this week.
