Brighton youngster Jayson Molumby says he's proud of coming back from a 15-month absence due to a knee injury.
The 20-year-old, who is on loan at Millwall, was best on ground in the Republic of Ireland U21s win over Armenia on Friday.
Molumby told The Argus: "It was tough coming back from injury.
"I'd have grabbed your hand off if you'd told me I'd be where I am now after coming back in February.
"I'm pretty proud of myself the way I am now and I just need to kick on again, look after my body and, touch wood, stay injury free."
