Brighton are close to signing Sunderland midfielder Paddy McNair.
According to the Sun, McNair will cost the Seagulls a fee of £7m.
It is understood £5m will be paid up front, with the rest made up in bonuses.
The Manchester United youth product performed well for Sunderland last season, despite the club being relegated to League One.
