Napoli have made an offer for Brighton defender Leo Ostigard.
After a successful spell on-loan with Genoa, the Norway international has attracted a €3m offer from Napoli.
However, Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports the bid has been turned down, with Brighton insisting Napoli return with a higher offer.
Ostigard has just over a year to run on his Seagulls deal.
Last season, the 22 year-old made 15 appearances with Genoa after arriving in January.
