Brighton are refusing to budge over parting with Ben White.
Sky Sports says Leeds have seen a second bid for Ben White turned down by Brighton despite the defender turning down two contract offers from the Seagulls.
The Whites secured promotion back to the top flight following a 16 year absence with the 22-year-old centre-half playing a crucial role.
Leeds tabled an £18m bid that was rejected and subsequently returned with a £22m offer. The Seagulls have again rebuffed their interest as they look to bring White into the first team picture at the Amex.
Liverpool have also been linked with White in recent days.
