Brighton have agreed to a four year deal with free agent Mahmoud Dahoud.
The 27-year-old is leaving Borussia Dortmund at the expiry of his contract this summer.
Per The Mail, the Albion have secured Dahoud as a possible replacement for Moises Caicedo.
Roberto De Zerbi's side are set to lose Caicedo and Alexis Mac Allister to big money deals in the coming weeks and months.
Despite securing the Europa League for next season, Brighton cannot stop their top players from wanting to play for bigger teams.
Adding Dahoud will somewhat soften those eventual blows, but fans will be hoping for more signings.
