Speaking to MyAlbion TV, the 32-year-old knows his boss wouldn't like the comparison, but can see the similarities between the three.
“I'm sure Graham wouldn't want me comparing him with Jurgen Klopp or [Mauricio] Pochettino but he's of that ilk, the way he wants to play. Some of the tweaks he makes, he thinks about the game differently – differently to how I think about it but in such a great way.
“I am delighted we have had a good couple of results because there have been disappointing moments this year where we feel we haven't got the points tally we deserve.
“With that then comes pressure, but he has remained a calming influence throughout. He has had our back the whole way and that has been huge because it then keeps us calm.
“We don't want to panic, especially playing the style of football the boss wants us to play."
