Brighton midfielder Pascal Gross has hailed Harry Maguire as one of the toughest opponents he faced.
Maguire has enjoyed a great 12 months with club and country, from his World Cup exploits to becoming a mainstay at Leicester City.
And Gross has been impressed with what he saw on the pitch from the tough tackling English centre-back.
The Brighton man told Goal: "In one of my first games here we met Leicester City with Harry Maguire. He was the toughest opponent I've ever had.
"On the one hand he has tremendous power, but on the other hand he is fast and extremely strong on the ball. It did not surprise me that he played such a great World Cup."
